'The FPCC is the best project of Austria!' This was the conclusion of the jury of the 'Project Excellence Awards 2007'. The judges of the association of the Austrian Project Management Award 'pma' in Vienna came to the unanimous opinion that the performance during the construction of the convention center was 'outstanding'! The simple fact that all involved stakeholder are perfectly satisfied with the project and its implementation constituted clear evidence that they are definitely right, said Brigitte Schaden, who initiated the pma award.

The Project Excellence Award is granted every year by international standards. The deciding factor for awarding this year's prize to the Ferry Porsche Congress Center was the fact that 'it has beneficial and sustainable effects for the entire region', said Schaden. With good reason, the team of the FPCC is proud of having received the first prize only a few weeks after the inauguration of the convention center. At this point, special thanks go to the project manager Anton Unterluggauer. But we mustn't forget to mention and praise the performance of all the other people involved - from the planning and site teams to the hard-working in-house staff.
