Nicole Heinze was practically born with the necessary feeling for looking after guests from all around the globe. She comes from a family of hoteliers in Kaprun and used to help in her parents' business since she was a child. When she grew up, she was responsible for organisation and marketing there. But that is not all: besides working at the 'Center of Uniqueness' Nicole Heinze studies for her graduation in 'Development & Management of Touristic Offers' at the university of applied sciences in Salzburg. Being a talent in organisation, she doesn't have any problems coordinating job and university, of course!
